Basis for processing personal data
ADW processes your personal data according to the legal bases of the AVG Act. Based on this law, we can rely on (one of the) following principles
- Consent of the person concerned (Newsletters, agreements)
- Need to execute an agreement
- Necessary for compliance with our legal obligations
- Consider legitimate interests (contract processing / personnel administration)
Purposes of processing
ADW processes your personal data for:
- the execution of agreements, transactions and services;

ADW processes personal data that are required to fulfil the agreement. This information has been collected as a result of an agreement or you have already communicated this with a previous agreement. We can send an order confirmation, an invoice and, if necessary, a reminder or warning. By giving an order you also give permission to use the personal data provided by you for administrative processing. We cannot be of service to you without this processing.
Everyone can sign up for our newsletter, we will send you regular news by mail. These letters contain invisible codes, with which we can follow how many people read our newsletter and on which topics are clicked through. We do not register anything by name, we only use general information to improve our newsletter. You can also easily unsubscribe from the newsletter via a link at the bottom of the newsletter.

Providing personal data
ADW needs your data to keep the records, to contact you in order to fulfil our obligations arising from the agreements made and to store correspondence data.

ADW processes your data in a database, this system uses ADW only for the processing and development of our products and services. The database is well secured according to European standards. Provision to third parties

Save data
We will keep your data as long as necessary for the processing of our agreement and then according to legal terms of retention in our archives. Newsletter data will be saved as long as you have given permission for this, as soon as a deregistration for a newsletter has been received, we will delete the data. We will not keep your data longer than necessary.
In case of an application, we will retain your personal data as long as necessary for the application procedure. If no relationship is established, we will delete your data or request permission to keep your data for longer.
Data security
ADW uses careful security procedures for the protection of the processed data, among other things to prevent unauthorized persons from gaining unintended access to these data. ADW therefore uses an SSL security certificate.
With its website, ADW uses an Internet company in the Netherlands, this company has secured the servers well, your data is protected according to the applicable safety standards.

Reporting duty data leaks
In the event of a data breach, ADW will report this immediately to its ICT manager, who will further report its data to the Dutch Data Protection Authority according to the VGA. A data breach is a violation of the security of personal data (hack). Right View, rectification, deletion and objection
You may ask ADW to view the data stored by you. You can also request that we change, supplement or delete this information. You can do this by contacting us at: info@adwbest.com. After receiving your request, it is checked against legal standards prior to deleting the data. You can object to the processing of your data or you can withdraw your consent to process data. ADW will review your objection / withdrawal, that is to say whether your objection does not jeopardize the processing of the purposes.

Automated decision-making
ADW uses automated decision-making with regard to checking the creditworthiness of our customers. There is a possibility that we will investigate the creditworthiness before any work is done. If there is a negative result from this investigation, ADW can choose not to enter into or dissolve the agreement. ADW can also choose to carry out step-by-step work in case of poor creditworthiness, with advance payment being a condition.
Amendments
ADW reserves the right to make changes to this privacy statement, for example due to new legal developments or online services.
